How Returns Work

All our orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). This means that while your order is shipped from an Amazon fulfillment center, your purchase was made directly on tivonel.com, not on Amazon.com.

Therefore, if you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at info[at]tivonel.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will process the return request and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (issued via Amazon).

  4. Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
